Personal training


At the core I am a sports addict and a healthy lifestyle promoter. The main sports I practice is running and kickboxing. In between there is climbing, trekking, yoga, CrossFit, I like playing squash and mountain biking.


Certified PowerBands and TRX trainer. I have been working with TRX and practicing CrossFit and functional training since 2015. 


In love with sports and nature my goal is to educate you to instill the principles of healthy living and get you moving.
