Every athlete or person who is engaged in sports goes through the most annoying frustrations caused by injuries. I’ve experienced those feelings many times as a runner and as a sport lover who likes to crossroad disciplines and practice more than one sport.
I’ve started to bring strength & conditioning principles into my trainings, to develop a good relationship with my body and be able to listen and provide the right support at the right moment.
Sports conditioning involves creating and implementing training programs that have two primary goals: improve performance (including speed, strength, and power) and prevent or reduce the risk of injuries.
I approach trainings from a holistic and functional perspective where mind and body should be aligned, relaxed and focused on the movement. The foundation consists in what I can COACH that makes my approach valuable to everybody willing to work to improve their health condition.
